Delivery & Returns (UK mainland delivery only)

Any item ordered online before midday on a working day (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays) will generally be processed and dispatched on the same day, provided that no additional security checks are required and all the items are in stock.

Postage to mainland UK for all orders is £8.50+VAT.

CiDT generally use UPS for delivery of orders. When orders for items less than 10kg each are placed before midday and the item(s) are in stock, the item(s) will typically arrive the next working day.

Larger items over 10kg in weight are distributed on the pallet network and delivery can take 3-4 working days. You will be notified by email if your order will be delivered in this way. Unfortunately, we are unable to arrange Saturday deliveries.
